So it’s been quite a while since i’ve posted last! I’ve been super busy, mainly with me new job that has NOTHING to do with video production, which is kind of a bummer! Production on my currently untitled horror movie is well underway and I hope to give you guys some sample video soon! Otherwise i’m just working hard! Fun with Guns!

So I went out to Fairview, TN with some friends to shoot guns. Since I will be doing this more often my new segment “fun with guns” has been born!

In this video we are shooting a Smith and Wesson 500 Magnum (awesome!) and my Ruger .22/.45!!

We do some pretty dangerous things in this video (guns ARE dangerous and should be handled by people who are trained to use a handgun!) so DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME!!!!

Soooooo Bonnaroo 2010 went through its first round of lineup announcements today. They did it differently this year by announcing one band at a time via a myspace page while also allowing bands who are confirmed to announce however they felt like via social media outlets. This was frustrating, cool, and made anyone who is seariously interessted in bonnaroo procrastinate like crazy today.

iPad — My First Thoughts

So the wait is finally over! The iPad was announced today! For those of you who don’t know I am a giant Apple fan, so i’ve been waiting for this announcement for a while now. The iPad is a portable tablet computer. It will have wifi support and bluetooth capability. There are models that also have a built in 3g network and have available data plans from AT&T. The price starts at $499 and goes all the way up to almost $1,000. With all that said, here is what I think of the iPad.

It’s a very cool concept, i’m just not sure where it fits in the portable electronics world. It’s somewhere between the iphone and a laptop. The only real use I see for this is for college students to utilize it for the textbook viewing, which would all but eliminate physical textbooks (in a perfect world!). So needless to say i’m not gonna rush out to get one!

Using the wordpress iphone app

So I’m writing a post from the wordpress iPhone app. It’s set up nicely and is easy to use…but that’s where the positive feedback ends. I can’t see myself using this very much do to the lack of features (you only have control of comments, posts, and pages…no control of appearance or tools) and having to use the iPhone keyboard. This seems like it would be handy for a post that would be longer then a tweet. Since my Twitter feed is displayed on my blog, using an iPhone Twitter app to update on the go seems like a better idea. So in the end it’s not a bad app it’s just now what I’m looking for!
